Today, we are spotlighting someone who not only helps our customers and colleagues move forward, but has been doing so for 10 years with an infectious mix of energy, structure and humour: our Sales & Digital Innovation Manager, Mathieu Noppe.

What makes Mathieu unique?
- He creates an Excel spreadsheet faster than his own shadow;
- He is a health freak pur sang - shares tips on exercise and healthy eating every day ... and yet the biscuit box in the office remains surprisingly empty;
- He is the guardian of that typical 'Louwers Teamspirit', and is always ready with a quip and a plan.
